A rare single cask bottling from Nantou Omar distillery in Taiwan. This was distilled in 2009 and matured in a single Sherry cask for 5 years before being bottled. Bottled at cask strength, this was one of just 228 bottles produced.

Nose
Opulent Sherry-driven aroma with dark dried fruits—raisin, fig, plum—layered with cocoa, toffee and vanilla. Toasted almond and orange zest weave through warm oak and spice, with a hint of espresso from the cask-strength warmth.
Palate
Opulent and concentrated, this Nantou single cask unfurls rich sherry notes of raisin, fig and orange zest, tempered by toasted almond. Dark cocoa and coffee deepen the mid-palate, while leather and cinnamon-clove spice linger. Full, velvety texture with warming oak and a long, decadently sweet finish at cask strength.
Finish
Long, sumptuous finish of fig and raisin with dark chocolate and spirited spice. Sherry maturity carries into orange zest, almond sweetness, and toasted oak, lingering warmly with a peppery, cask-strength kiss that coats the palate.
