From Taiwan's Nantou distillery comes this new expression. A tribute to the highest mountain in Taiwan, Yushan Signature is a single malt whisky that has been matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. This is a delicate and sweet whisky, with flavours of buttery vanilla and flower blossom.

Nantou Distillery is a Taiwanese whisky producer in Nantou County, central Taiwan, operated by Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation. The site was built in 1978 to produce wine, brandy, rum and fruit wines, before whisky production began in 2008 and full production equipment was completed in 2009.
