No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself.
Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky is matured in casks from Islay, soaked with smoky aromas and salted flavours, blended with ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt matured in the hot Tel Aviv sun.

Colour
Rich golden amber with coppery highlights.
Nose
Delightfully fresh, with earthy, smoky notes at the core, unveiling vanilla and oak and a teasing lemon zest.
Palate
Medium-bodied and creamy, vanilla sweetness unfolds into delicate peat and a gentle spice. Ginger and lemon brighten the mid-palate, with coastal smoke lingering into a refined, memorable finish.
Finish
Long and strong, peat coats the palate, with delicate oak and lemon lingering on the tongue.
