Israel's first whisky distillery Milk & Honey is located in one of Tel Aviv's most up and coming neighbourhoods. No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself.
Using ex-red wine casks sourced from Israel's finest wineries with the Mediterranean's climate, variety of soil types and hot sunny days bringing a spicy, unique flavour to the Israeli wine, reflected in their casks.

Ruby-tinged amber with copper highlights, a warm mahogany glow.

Red dried fruits mingle with ginger and oak, while a delicate coconut bouquet lingers over a gentle mineral perfume.
Palate
Light-bodied, wine flavors coat the palate with gentle fruit and a whisper of oak and vanilla, lifted by ex-red wine cask seasoning and finished with delicate floral blossoms.
Finish
Medium finish lingers with dried fruits and wine, finishing with a subtle kiss of dark raisins.
