Israel's first whisky distillery Milk & Honey is located in one of Tel Aviv's most up and coming neighbourhoods. No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself.
Using ex-red wine casks sourced from Israel's finest wineries with the Mediterranean's climate, variety of soil types and hot sunny days bringing a spicy, unique flavour to the Israeli wine, reflected in their casks.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Red dried fruits, ginger, oak, and delicate coconut bouquet lead a gentle mineral perfume.
Palate
Light bodied. Wine flavours coat the mouth, accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes, followed by gentle floral blossoms.
Finish
Medium with dried fruits and wine linger, finishing with a touch of dark raisins.
