Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with creamy vanilla and almond sweetness giving way to orchard fruits—ripe pear and baking apple—highlighted by sultana and citrus zest. Sherry cask notes bring dark honey, dried fig, and cocoa, weaving with gentle spice and toasted oak. Finishes long and balanced, fruit-forward with a soft nutty warmth and a lingering liqueur-like sweetness.
