Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh tropical fruit, citrus, fresh barley, runny honey, gooseberry, greek yoghurt.

Palate

Fresh and zingy with honey, ginger biscuits, greek yoghurt, dried apricot, subtle spice and peppery oak.

Finish

Tinned pineapple with hints of chilli flake, salty citrus and honey glazed cereal notes.Not as sweet as you would think being finished in sauternes casks and showing lovely balance and lots of fresh fruit character.
