Palate

Zingy lemon sherbet leads, carried by grapefruit and a cascade of forest berries, finishing with peppery oak that coats the tongue and lingers on a bright, spicy citrus note.

Finish

Sherbet dip with white chocolate and white pepper, carried by blueberries and mueseli, finishing with a bright lemon moose.
