The 3rd release in the Seasons collection. Iskristall means Ice Crystal and is a winter release. This is matured in a mixture of American Oak and Swedish Oak, both of which have been seasoned with PX Sherry.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden straw with warm amber edges and a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
Cool winter perfume of vanilla‑softened oak with a distinctly Swedish edge. A lush PX Sherry veil releases raisin, fig and treacle, threaded with caramel. Green apple and pear glow beneath, lifted by gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—while a delicate almond and oak finish lingers in the air.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, with a creamy, mouth-coating texture. Raisin, fig and date from PX casks mingle with caramel, toffee and dark chocolate, punctuated by vanilla. Gentle clove and nutmeg spice ride along toasted oak, leading to a long finish of espresso and dried-fruit sweetness.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of PX-sherry sweetness—raisin, fig and caramel—woven with vanilla and spice from American and Swedish oak. The fruit lingers, then slowly fades to a warm, oak-driven glow, leaving a hushed, wintry echo on the palate.
