@ 6 years old aged in 1st fill Ex-Bourbon casks.

Colour

Bright golden straw with a warm honey glow and a delicate amber edge, crystal clear and sunlit.

Nose

Pear drops, almond, waxy kumquat, fresh cereal notes and a hint of smoke.

Palate

Fresh and grapey on the palate, salted barley and malty vanilla mingle with subtle smoke, white pepper, and waxy quince, finishing with lemon curd notes.

Finish

Herbal, vermouth-like finish with marzipan sweetness, fresh grain and a whisper of smoked honey.
