Palate

Peat-forward with maritime smoke and iodine, opening onto resinous, briny notes. Rich dried fruit from the sherry cask—raisin, fig, plum—coats the palate alongside dark chocolate and espresso. An oily, velvety texture carries spice and cocoa into a long, warm finish, with peppery ash and lingering peat.
