Colour

Deep, dark amber with mahogany depths and a coppery glow.

Nose

Aromas of dark plum, raisin and black cherry mingle with fig and red berry, lifted by orange zest. Ginger cake, cinnamon and clove mingle with nutmeg and a touch of toffee. Rich sherry influence from Oloroso and PX layers port-cask sweetness, while polished oak adds a refined, drying elegance to the bouquet.

Palate

Opulent and velvety on the palate, dark fruits—blackberry, plum and raisin—unfold with syrupy richness. Ginger cake spice, cinnamon and clove mingle with orange zest and a touch of toffee, supported by plush tannins. A long, sweet-spiced briar finish echoes the Oloroso, PX and Port cask maturation.

Finish

Long, opulent finish with dark fruit compote—plum, fig and cherry—interwoven with ginger spice. The Oloroso and PX casks leave a velvety, port-sweet glow that lingers, revealing cocoa, leather and a warm, persistent spice.
