Colour
Bright amber-gold with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights, a sunlit bronze glow that hints at the sherry-influenced depth.
Nose
Toasted brioche, pear compote and ripe peaches mingle with boiled sweets, Jelly Babies, vanilla custard and a kiss of green ginger wine.
Palate
Toasted oak frames a palate of charred French Fancies, old fruit sweets and caramelised bananas, with a lightly salty whisper of grape and melon skins in brine.
Finish
Long and sweetly oaky, the finish lingers with confectionery sweetness, fruit skins and a gentle salinity.
