The final instalment in the Fallow series, the third release has been aged up from the previous crops.The first fill Miguel Martin Oloroso Sherry casks used for this one have given fantastic dark colour as well as rich baked apple, date, and manuka honey flavours, whilst maintaining the core Lochlea spirit notes of fruit and cereal.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep dark amber with rich mahogany tones and a coppery glow.
Nose
Sherry-rich nose of baked apple and date, underscored by manuka honey. Lochlea's fruit-and-cereal backbone threads through, with a warm oak and spice whisper.
Palate
Silky and richly weighted, the palate opens with baked apple and date, kissed by honeyed sweetness. The Lochlea cereal core stays bright beneath, while first-fill Oloroso sherry wraps around with dark fruit, cocoa and spice, finishing long, velvety, and warmly inviting.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of rich sherried sweetness—dates, baked apple and manuka honey—lingers with a gentle malt and oak spine. Dried fruit evolves into warm spice, fading to a refined, honeyed glow that lingers softly.
