Rich and juicy on the nose, with abundant ripe red fruits and a subtle hint of smoky bacon, weaving a savory edge through the sweetness and hinting at the dram's smoky complexity.
Palate
Cherries and ripe berries lead, threaded with ginger cake and dark sugar. A rye-spice backbone supports BBQ smoke, weaving a savory, lingering finish.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish lingers with baking spice and salty smoke, as red roses unfold beside oaky tannins that weave through warmth and the memory of dark fruit.
