Nose

Sea-salted air and coastal brine open to a sherry-cask bouquet of dried fig, prune, and orange zest. Almond, toffee and cocoa add richness, while mineral notes and a whisper of peat smoke weave a saline, maritime finish.

Palate

Silky and substantial on the palate, this 30-year sherry-cask Ledaig unfurls ripe fig and prune with a citrus shimmer, all gently tempered by peat smoke and coastal brine. It coats the mouth with an oily richness, while mineral saline notes keep it bright. Spiced, nutty depths emerge mid-palate, leading to a long, maritime finish where fruit, cocoa and smoke linger.

Finish

Long maritime finish, sea-salt brine and mineral bite giving way to dark dried fruit and cocoa from the sherry cask, with a faint peat echo and a lingering saline, coastal aura.
