Douglas Laing's "Old Particular" is a particularly unique series of individually hand-selected aged Single Cask Malts' and Single Cask Single Grains from all over Scotland. This 21 year old Ledaig single malt whisky, bottled in 2019, is one of 256 bottles aged exclusively in a refill hogshead.

Heavy malt yields rich, buttery biscuit notes, lightly toasted with a gentle, smoky whisper.

Coastal notes emerge with sea salt, pairing stone fruits and cherry preserve on the palate.
Finish
Long, chocolate-forward finish with dark cocoa at the core, punctuated by sea-salt notes and a delicate peat kiss. The maritime warmth lingers, slowly fading into a refined, smoky sweetness.
