A single cask 17 Year Old Ledaig (pronounced Led-Chig) finished in a Sherry cask. This has been bottled at 56.5%abv. Ledaig is the peated single malt made at the Tobermory distillery on the Ilse of Mull and is a must have for fans of peated whiskies and for those that like a more challenging set of flavours as this has a real mulchy, savoury and earthy quality and a real knife and fork of a malt in that there is plenty of chewy complexity here, a simply stunning bottle of Ledaig however you say it!
