Deep copper-amber with burnished gold highlights.

Nose

Powerful peat smoke floods the nose, sharpened by medicinal iodine and sea-salt brine. Maritime notes of kelp and ash mingle with vanilla-tinged oak and a whisper of citrus zest.

Palate

Dense peat smoke coats the palate with briny iodine and sea spray. Rich vanilla and caramel ride atop toasted oak, while peppery spice adds lift. A lingering maritime bite evolves into a long, warming finish of smoke, salt and oak.

Finish

Long, warming finish of peat smoke and iodine, salted brine and coastal air; vanilla-oak sweetness threads through, ending in a resinous, ember-dry peat echo that lingers with peppery warmth.
