Palate
Oil-rich and full-bodied, this opens with bold peated smoke framed by coastal iodine and medicinal notes. Briny sea-salt accents the peat, while vanilla and faint citrus brighten the mid-palate. Subtle oak and spice add warmth, leading to a long, savoury finish of smoke, salt and a touch of sweetness.
Finish
Long, smoky finish dominated by peat and medicinal iodine, with coastal salt and ash, easing into warm oak and a faint sweetness that lingers into embers.
