Nose

Peat smoke dominates, edged with iodine and sea-salt brine. A lush sherry sweetness lifts in—raisin, fig, dark chocolate, and hints of vanilla and toasted almond. Maritime notes linger, with a citrus zest lift that keeps the nose bright and refined.

Palate

Intense peat smoke dominates the palate, tempered by sea-salt brine and medicinal iodine. A sherried sweetness threads through dark fruit, cocoa nibs and warming spice, carried by supple oak. The finish is long and smoky, with mineral tang and a final echo of ash and ocean air.
