Palate

Bold coastal peat floods the palate at cask strength, delivering iodine, sea-salt and medicinal notes. A touch of vanilla from the oak and resinous sweetness emerge, while peppery spice lingers. The 55.3% ABV brings warming intensity, and the finish is long, smoky, drying and maritime—signature Islay.

Finish

A long, warming finish of peat smoke and medicinal iodine, carried by sea-salt brine and charred oak. Sherry-derived sweetness lingers with fig and raisin, hinting at dark chocolate, while vanilla, clove and black pepper thread through to a persistent smoky warmth.
