Full-bodied, cask-strength Kilkerran with a wine-cask backbone: cherry and plum fruit, raisin, vanilla and toasted oak. Gentle peat smoke and coastal salt weave through, delivering a spicy, peppery bite that lingers with dark chocolate, dried fruit and a warming, oaky finish.

Finish

Extensive, wine-fueled finish coats the palate with dark cherry and red berry, lifted by vanilla and spice. Subtle oak tannins frame a warm, peppery carry, fading into a long, refined dry-down with elegant, lingering complexity.
