Nose

From the Spanish Oloroso sherry cask, the nose unfolds with dark raisin and fig, a marzipan sweetness and almond paste, brightened by orange zest, toasted nuts and toffee, all enrobed in velvety oak.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate pours forth rich raisin and prune with fig marmalade, threaded by marzipan sweetness. Velvety, oily texture coats the mouth, supported by warm oak, cocoa nuances and subtle baking spices. A long, decadent finish lingers with dried fruit and nutty depth, carried by graceful alcohol warmth.

Finish

A long, luxurious finish of raisin and marzipan, with a delicate thread of orange zest and oak. The sherry sweetness slowly recedes, leaving a warm almond-spice fade that lingers, inviting another sip.
