Opulent, sherried on the nose, Kavalan pours tropical fruit into a tapestry of sun-dried treasures. Amontillado cask notes yield fig, date and prune, woven with roasted chestnut and hazelnut, a caramel-soft sweetness, and a whisper of spice. Opulent and full-bodied, this palate unfolds with velvety richness. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—meet tropical mango and pineapple, while chestnut adds a nutty sweetness. Amontillado cask influence lends a gentle sherry warmth, with subtle spice; the finish is long, warm, and inviting.

Long, Amontillado-sherry finish with toasted chestnut and almond. Dried fig and date weave through the palate as velvet warmth clings, with subtle spice and oak tannins. A refined, nutty sweetness slowly fades, leaving a whisper of tropical fruit in its wake.
