Colour

Deep amber with a burnished copper glow and hints of mahogany.

Nose

Sherry-laden aromas coalesce with Jura’s maritime lift: ripe orchard fruits—apple, apricot, raisin—caramelized with orange zest, toffee and toasted almond. A saline breeze threads through, while dark chocolate and oak-spice mingle with a subtle wisp of smoke. Rich, velvety and inviting, it hints at a long, dignified finish.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate delivers a maritime glow with salt-kissed caramel, brine and subtle coastal smoke. Sherry-cask sweetness threads through dried fig, prune and orange peel, balanced by dark chocolate, toffee and warming spices. A peppery, waxy texture lingers on a long, velvety finish, leaving a trace of sea-salt and oak.

Long, opulent finish. Rich dried fruit—fig, raisin, date—meets dark chocolate, toffee and orange zest, carried by warm spice of cinnamon and clove. A coastal sea-salt whisper lingers, with sherry sweetness enveloping the palate before slowly fading into resinous oak.
