Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-bronze shimmer and a mahogany edge, a sherry-kissed bronze glow that catches the light with ruby undertones.
Nose
Beneath a luxurious sherry blanket, ripe red fruits—plum, raisin, fig—shimmer with orange zest and dark chocolate. Almond-toffee sweetness, cinnamon and clove fold into velvety oak, a whisper of coastal salt, and a caramel-nut finish. Rich, inviting and refined, hinting at depth to come.
Palate
Silky, mouth-coating sherry notes unfold with raisin, dates and orange peel, braided with toffee and dark chocolate. Cinnamon and clove lift the mid-palate atop polished oak, delivering a balanced, warming mouthfeel. The finish lingers with dried fruit and espresso hints.
Finish
Long, richly sherried finish with dried fruit, fig and raisin lingering beside cocoa, orange zest and toffee. Warm spice—cinnamon and clove—sits on silky oak, gradually fading to a nutty, mocha-tinged echo that lingers with refined elegance.
