Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm honey-gold core.
Nose
Coastal brightness unfolds into a sherry-kissed core: pear and apple mingle with orange zest, toasted almond, and a touch of cocoa. Spiced vanilla, honeyed toffee, and a whisper of leather deepen the aroma, while dark raisin and fig lend plush fruit. A maritime breeze threads through polished oak, delivering a warm, inviting nose full of depth.
Palate
Rich, full-bodied palate with sherry-driven sweetness balanced by malt and oak. Dried figs, dates and orange zest meld with toffee, vanilla and almonds. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—rise through polished oak, while a touch of sea-salt adds maritime lift. Long, luxurious finish of fruit, spice and wood.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with rich sherry sweetness—figs, dried apricots and orange zest—paired with cocoa, spice and toasted oak. A warm, lingering finale of toasted almond and cinnamon.
