Colour
Sunlit amber with copper-gold highlights and a honey-bronze core.
Nose
Opulent Marsala-driven aroma, rich and honeyed with dried apricot, raisin, and candied orange peel. Subtle malt and oak frame the sweetness, while notes of caramel, almond, and a delicate spice linger on the nose.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate driven by the Marsala finish; raisin and fig fruit mingle with toffee, orange zest and vanilla, underpinned by toasted oak. Rich, velvety texture with a warm, sweet persistence at 54% ABV.
Finish
Warm and luxurious, the finish lingers with Marsala sweetness, weaving dried apricot, fig and date with subtle caramel and spice. The oak threads through, yielding a silky, dessert-wine glow that fades to gentle nuttiness and a whisper of orange zest.
