This is a small batch bottling of Inchgower single malt whisky. Inchgower is a costal Speyside whisky. and this whisky is taken from Oloroso sherry casks . It has not received added colour, not has it been chill-filtered.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery, mahogany hues and a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Warm, sherry-rich nose with dark fig and raisin, toasted almond and vanilla, and a touch of cocoa. A saline coastal edge from Inchgower lingers, framed by oak spice and a soft treacle sweetness. Pure, unfiltered character.
Palate
Coastal air and richness meet on the palate, delivering dark fruit compote, fig and raisin, cocoa and toffee from Oloroso, plus almond and a whisper of leather. Subtle sea-salt lift, vanilla spice, and toasted oak support a long, full-bodied mouthfeel. Creamy, slightly oily texture leads to a drier, lingering sherry finish with depth and restraint.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with coastal salt and mineral echo beneath rich Oloroso notes. Raisin, fig and dark chocolate unfold into toffee, almond and warming spice, slowly fading to elegant oak.
