Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany warmth and copper-bronze shimmer.
Nose
Salty almond croissants with a softness of marshmallows, tropical pineapple and mango, hints of Percy Pigs, crunchy nut cornflakes, nutmeg and walnuts, and a zesty echo of ginger.
Palate
Tangerine and mango lead, with banana bread and osmanthus, alongside pineapple cubes. Haribo hearts echo sweetness, while hazelnuts, lime and cashews bring a nutty brightness. A super-oily, luscious texture coats the palate, with mango lingering and oils shimmering on the tongue.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish lingers with marmalade sweetness and a gentle brine. It fades slowly to citrus zest and a whisper of nut oils, leaving a refined, maritime warmth.
