Distilled at Highland Park distillery in 2008, This Single Cask and Single Malt Scotch whisky has been aged for 14 years in oak casks at the infamous Speyside region; and bottled in 2023 by Duncan Taylor as a part of ''The Octave'' series.
The Octave Collection is extensive with something for all tastes, be it a single malt, a single grain or a blended malt whisky. Featured distilleries include Aultmore, Bhunnahabhain, Brackla, Caol Ila, Glenallachie, Glen Moray, Highland Park, Miltonduff and Tobermory.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge.
Nose
Intriguing maritime nose with peat smoke softened by sherry cask sweetness. Raisin, fig and orange zest mingle with dark chocolate and toasted almond, while vanilla and toffee mature in the background. A whisper of leather and coastal salt completes the elegant, layered aroma.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied with peat smoke and sherry depth. Dried fig, raisin and orange zest unfold into dark chocolate, toffee and warming spice, with a subtle maritime lick. The 54.3% ABV drives a long, smoky finish crowned by cocoa and dried fruit.
Finish
An expansive, warming finish that lingers with rich Sherry sweetness—raisin, fig and cocoa notes weaving with orange zest and toasted almond. Subtle peat smoke threads through the oak, returning as cinnamon and ginger spice that slowly fades to a warm, caramel-soaked memory.
