Rich golden amber with warm copper undertones and a subtle mahogany edge.

Nose

A gentle murmur of peat smoke woven with honeyed sweetness and sherry-cask richness. Aromatic peat from Orkney mingles with dried fruits, orange zest, and polished oak; touches of toffee, vanilla, and a faint maritime breeze complete the elegant, well-balanced aroma.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this 18-year-old unfolds with gentle peat smoke balanced by lush Sherry sweetness. Dark fruit, toffee, and vanilla glide through the palate, with almonds and a whisper of spice. The harmonious blend of aromatic peat and sweet oak lingers in a refined, warm finish.

Finish

Long, softly smoky finish that gradually dissolves into sweet sherry, leaving a warm veil of toffee, dried fruit and gentle oak. The peat lingers as a refined, inviting fade that calls you back for another sip.
