Colour

Radiant golden amber with warm honey tones and a subtle coppery glimmer.

Nose

Delicate peat smoke pervades a honeyed, orchard-fruit bouquet of apple and pear, brightened by citrus zest. Subtle vanilla, heather, and a whisper of sea air linger, finishing warm and refined.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate opens with honeyed sweetness and orchard fruit, then reveals a gentle peat smoke. Vanilla and almond spice add warmth, while orange zest lends lift. A clean, lingering finish of citrus and light smoke.

Finish

Long, warm finish with a gentle peat whisper over sweet honey and dried fruit. Vanilla and citrus linger, easing into spice and oak, leaving a soft, resinous sweetness that slowly fades to a clean cedar-tinged echo.
