Colour
Radiant deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and toasted caramel rise with honeyed orchard fruit and citrus zest. A subtle peat thread lingers, easing into creamy bourbon oak, vanilla, and a touch of coconut. Maritime salt notes weave through, while dried fruit and gentle spice deepen the aroma, inviting lingering contemplation.
Palate
Bold and warming at cask strength, the palate unfurls with vanilla and caramel from the Bourbon cask, paired with honeyed orchard fruit and citrus zest. Toasted oak and gentle spice layer in, while a whisper of Highland peat and a maritime saltiness keep it balanced. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering sweetness, subtle smoke, and oak.

Long and luxurious, the finish coats the palate with warm vanilla, honey and toasted oak, while a whisper of coastal peat lingers. Spiced bourbon notes unfold - coconut, dried fruit and a touch of resin - settling into a refined, lingering glow that slowly fades to a sea-breeze of sweetness.
