Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, radiant amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Perfumed with heather honey and bright citrus peel, tempered by rich sherry notes. Dried figs and plum mingle with cacao and toasted oak, while a whisper of peat smoke and sea breeze adds a maritime edge. Vanilla and almond sweetness lingers, inviting warmth and refined elegance.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with honeyed orchard fruit, dried fig and orange zest, unfolding into sherry-softened oak. A gentle peat echo adds warmth and a whisper of smoke, while almond, cocoa and spice deepen the mid-palate. The finish is long and velvety, with coastal salt, toasted nuts and lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, refined finish with honeyed sweetness and a whisper of peat smoke, balanced by warm spice and toasted oak. Dried fruit and caramel linger gracefully.
