Silky honey blends with orchard fruit and citrus zest, as soft peat adds smoky warmth. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—rise over layered oak with sherry-influenced sweetness, creating depth and balance. A long, refined finish carries maritime salinity and toasted wood.
Finish
An expansive, lingering finish of honeyed fruit and warm spice, slowly giving way to peat and smoke. Sherry-cask oak adds a velvety, resinous sweetness that persists, while coastal salt and ash drift through the finale. Long, refined and richly balanced, inviting another contemplative sip.
