Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold shimmer and a mahogany undertone.

Nose

Vanilla pod gives way to cinnamon and ginger spice. Sultanas combine with plum skin and a faint herbal edge.

Palate

Cocao powder leads to sweet blackcurrant and walnut. Smooth orange combines with medjool dates, pressed apple and mature oak.

Finish

A full, long finish that lingers with warming spice, cinnamon and ginger, while bright citrus zest threads through the finale; cocoa-tinted sweetness and mature oak ebb softly into the afterglow.
