Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, it opens with gentle peat smoke tempered by honeyed sweetness and vanilla. Baked apple and orange zest ride a sherry-tinged backbone of dried fig and raisin, while almond, spice, and a touch of salt lift the mid-palate. Rich, creamy texture coats the tongue, with a warm, lingering finish of smoke, toffee, and oak.

An elegant, long finish that lingers with sherry-soaked dark fruit, vanilla, and a gentle coastal smoke. Fig and raisin sweetness glide into spice, while toasted oak and honey leave a refined, lingering warmth.
