Pocket Full Of Stones have taken their Hell's Stone Dulow blend whisky and aged it for a further 12 months in a Mezcal barrel in the shadow of St Michael's Mount on the wild cornish coast. The result is a complex oaky whisky with a spicy mezcal aftertaste.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Smoky mezcal aroma intertwined with bright agave, toasted oak and vanilla; citrus zest threads through, while coastal pepper and clove lend a brisk, lingering spice.
Palate
Silky and medium-full on the palate, with velvety oak, vanilla and caramel carrying a warm, smoky mezcal lift. Spiced agave notes—pepper, clove and a hint of chili—coat the tongue, finishing dry and charred with a lingering mezcal warmth.
Finish
Long, warming and oak-forward, with a pronounced mezcal-spice finish. A smoky, peppery bite lingers, as sweet agave threads through before fading to dry charred-wood and ember.
