Introducing the Bootleg Series by Heaven's Door. Named after Bob Dylan's famous "Bootleg Series" of albums, the line-up invites you to experience the art of craft whiskey on a new level. This exceptioanlly rare whiskey has been matured in oak for 26 years, making it one of the oldest American whiskies on the market. After ageing in Virgin American oak casks, the whiskey was transferred into Japanese Mizunara oak casks for an aditional period of maturation. Mizunara oak is rarely used outside of Japan due to the cost and scarcity of these precious casks.
Each offering in this collection of unique and unreleased whiskies features one of Dylan's paintings on a hand-made ceramic bottle and presented in a collectable leather case.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany-tinted depth, a warm, sun-kissed hue that reflects its long oak maturation.
Nose
Opulent and contemplative, the nose opens with vanilla‑kissed oak and caramelized toffee from decades of maturation, then unveils Mizunara’s rare signatures: sandalwood, incense, and a hint of coconut. Dried orange zest, fig, and cedar spice weave a refined, lacquered sweetness that promises depth and elegance.
Palate
On the palate, a luxurious, full-bodied embrace of polished sweetness and spice. Rich vanilla and caramel kiss dark fruit—fig and plum—while Mizunara infuses sandalwood, incense and a touch of coconut spice. The oil-rich texture coats the mouth, the 55.75% heat impeccably integrated. Long, dignified finish with cedar, cocoa and refined oak lingering.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish that unfurls slowly, cloaked in warm spice and resinous Mizunara. Sandalwood and cedar linger with vanilla and soft toffee, followed by a dry, tobacco-tinged fade as the oak sighs away.
