Crafted by Glenmorangie from field to glass, this limited-edition series brings the spirit and flavour of our Highland home to whisky lovers around the globe. Aged for 15 years, the third batch of Glenmorangie The Cadboll Estate brings a nutty and spicy twist to the series’ award-winning flavour.
With notes of nuts and sweet spice in mind, Dr Bill selected spirit created from two separate barley harvests and aged it in American oak bourbon casks to enhance those creamy depths. Then, picturing notes of hazelnut, toffee and clove, he finished a small portion in casks which once held Amontillado, his favourite style of sherry. After 15 years, Dr Bill reunited these whiskies in this series’ delicious third batch release; threading hints of toffee and spice around honeysuckle, peaches and cream.

Nose
Aromas of hazelnut and toffee mingle with a warming touch of clove and spice, lifted by creamy depth from the bourbon cask. A hint of Amontillado-sherry adds almondy sweetness, while honeysuckle, peaches and cream perfume the bouquet with delicate fruitiness.
Palate
Silky and creamy on the palate, this 15-year Glenmorangie unfurls a nutty depth from American oak bourbon casks, with hazelnut and toffee at the core. Warm clove and gentle spice weave through, lightly seasoned by Amontillado sherry for almondy nuance. Subtle honeysuckle sweetness and peaches-and-cream linger, delivering a refined, long finish.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish settles into creamy hazelnut and toffee, with a measured spine of clove and gentle Amontillado-driven warmth. Nutty sweetness softens into peaches and honeysuckle, leaving a lingering, refined spice and a whisper of oak.
