Everybody loves ice cream, especially Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, Dr Bill. The 5th release in the “A Tale of” series is matured in small batches of high vanillin and bourbon casks, bringinf forward the rich, creamy side of Glenmorangie Single Malt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale golden straw with a creamy, sunlit glow and soft amber edges.
Nose
A lush bouquet of Manuka honey with lemon butter candy, baking raisin bread, candied orange peel, peaches and toffee, lifted by a whisper of spice. With a splash of water, vanilla crème anglaise, a touch of coconut and almond marzipan drift in.
Palate
Thick, luxuriant and creamy on the tongue, unfurling a wave of sweet, spicy notes: brioche, almond marzipan, honeycomb, fudge, lemon sherbet and desiccated coconut. Warm spices rise—cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and clove—lingering into the finish.
Finish
A long, lingering finish with sweet toffee apple, butterkist popcorn and a delicate kiss of aniseed.
