Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a dusky mahogany undertone.
Nose
An alluring bouquet of dried dark fruit—prune, fig and cherry—rises over polished oak and toasted almond. Subtle sherry sweetness mingles with cocoa, orange zest and spice, lending velvety depth and a quiet, dignified mature spirit. A refined Highland aroma that hints at a bygone era.
Palate
Silky and opulent, it coats the palate with dried plum and fig, shaded by dark chocolate and espresso. Sherry-driven fruit, toasted oak, and spice unfurl into a long, refined finish of leather, date, and nutty undertones.
Finish
Opulent, lingering finish with sherry-softened fruit, dark chocolate and toasted oak. Dried fig, vanilla and a whisper of tobacco emerge, fading to a warm, cedar-spiced echo. Silky and persistent, it leaves a refined, contemplative resonance that lingers long after the last swallow.
