Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich, bold nose with sun-kissed orchard fruits mingling with dried fig and raisin from sherry influence, layered with vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. A touch of almond and spice adds depth, while the elevated ABV lends a vibrant, warming lift.

Palate

Bold, sherry-kissed palate: raisin and fig sweetness layered with dark chocolate and toasted almond. The 62.7% ABV brings peppery, cinnamon-clove heat, balanced by oak and vanilla. Luxuriously long, warm finish with a drying, spicy afterglow.
