Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones.
Nose
A rich, nutty bouquet of walnut and mocha, with buttery toffee, almond macaroons, chocolate limes and raisin fudge.
Palate
On the palate, baked bananas mingle with walnut and coffee cake, with gingersnap biscuits, lime and orange fondant, kissed by chocolate and a creamy mocha.
Finish
Ginger marmalade on granary toast, treacle toffee, charred vanilla, mocha and toasted walnuts.
