Glenglassaugh Octaves is a marriage of multiple octave casks (smaller resized casks produced to enable more contact between spirit and wood to increase both maturation time and flavour) including Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Amontillado Sherry casks. This has waves of tropical fruit sweetness balanced with spiced coffee and intriguing oaky nuttiness.
