Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery undertones and a warm honey glow, a burnished hue that speaks of toasted oak.
Nose
Toasted vanilla and caramel lead from the glass, underpinned by creamy almond and a hint of cocoa. Charred American oak brings warm toast and spice, while orchard notes of crisp apple and pear mingle with a softly smoky, long finish.
Finish
Long, enveloping finish of toasted oak and warm spice. Vanilla and caramel linger, with a whisper of dried fruit as the oak echoes softly into the finale.
