This innovative single malt is matured in Somerset Pomona casks - a blend of apple cider brandy and apple juice from the Somerset Cider Brandy Company. These casks impart vibrant flavours of ripe orchard fruits, sweet caramel, vanilla and delicate wood spice.

Deliciously sweet and fruity, with freshly pressed orchard apples, caramel and vanilla, mingling with spiced apple cake and baking spices that linger on the palate.

Long, full and fruity, this finish lingers with apple cider brandy notes and a veil of delicate wood spice, leaving a warm orchard-brandy glow that softly fades.
