The final bottling in the Anniversary Trilogy, the Future Ediiton represents Billy Walker's future endeavours. Made with Speyside peat from St Fergus, the young and feisty spirit was aged in a medley of former bourbon and rye barrels, as well as a quantity of virgin oak casks. The outcome is a punchy single malt abundant in smoked almonds, cinnamon sticks and dark chocolate, with puffs of earthy peat smoke.

Nose
Bursting with toasted honeycomb, dried fruits and hazelnut, with hints of smouldering oak, dark chocolate and warm cinnamon apples.
Palate
Lashings of cinnamon stewed pears, toasted almonds, heather honey and pipe tobacco, followed by smoked barley, vanilla toffee and orchard fruits.
