Colour
Sun-kissed golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Woody oak opens with pencil shavings, evolving into candy-sweet pink wafers and granola glazed in icing. Red grapes, strawberry laces and wine gums weave through a bright fruit-salad aroma, a playful, dessert-like sweetness that coats the senses.
Palate
Rich, stewed apple pie with allspice and sweetened short crust pastry; zesty green grapes, candy chews and white icing. The sweetness shifts to a drier note with an effervescent, fizzy mouthfeel.
Finish
White pepper sparks the palate, followed by a tangy kiss of rhubarb; a crisp, lingering finish that keeps the sweetness in check with bright, tart fruit.
